Beckie, 21 plays soccer in the United States for the Houston Dash of the National Women’s Soccer League. This game was her Olympic debut. In the first game, Sweden beat South Africa, 1-0. U.S. soccer team will meet New Zealand on Wednesday at 6 p.m. EST.
