Vincent Aboubakar late goal gave Cameroon their first African title since 2002. Despite many of their top stars boycotting the Africa Cup of Nations, Cameroon have shocked the continent to win the title, defeating Egypt 2-1 on Sunday. Two substitutes were critic for their win, with Nicolas Nkoulou and Vincent Aboubacar finding the back of the net in the second half.
